Have you looked at the option to build just a section of your docs
manually - at least into HTML? I got this working last week after fiddling
with some scripts, and it saved me a vast amount of time.

I've been blaming myself (because it usually is my fault) but I've been on
three different Linux Machines (2 VMs one physical) and get the same basic
