Speaking with Italo Vignoli (The Document Foundation) I understood that the
goal was to use only open source tools so you do not have to depend in any way
by the owners tools, such as Microsoft.

using Linux.

Yesterday, after a system reboot and a new clone, the build was completed
without errors using jobs=1 cpus=1

If I don't use 'lang=.. ' all works fine !

After 3 hours cl.exe,sh.exe, perl.exe ' freeze', 0,00 % cpu -- cl had only
17KB of memory working set !!
