Hi * About windows / Cygwin performance. I have noted that on my machine the cl.exe process is unable to push a cpu core to the limit. The best that the cl.exe can is 13% cpu usage without any I/O activity. Where is the time spent ? Any Idea ? I have a i7 870 @ 2.93 GHz, HT enabled.
