I've tried over 4 times to run the "make" command after installing all
dependencies and following the instructions on

However, it always gets stuck for hours at some point in the make process
after it keeps running normally for 6-7 h
I'm trying to build LibreOffice on my Windows laptop in order to start

`git send-email` requires the `--no-validate` option to send patches with lines
that break RFC 2281's 998 character line-length limit. Breaking the line up
removes a hurdle for future developers.
