Hi Goran,
This patch does not apply cleanly on the current files. Also, you used
an old lo-build.pot as a template. Please get the latest files from
http://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/build/tree/po?h=libreoffice-3-3
and resubmit your patch. Alternati

Hello, can anyone verify whether these steps are valid for building
LibreOffice? I'm running with 10.6.6 on a 32 bit Mac.
I got off to a bad start building manually and then found this link by
searching the archives, so I jumped in and started with MacPorts, but now I

Numbered list buttons, all the formatting is lost and goes back to
"normal" (is it called roman?). The

Hi Norbert,
I went back to rebuild glib2 as you suggested, but received a number of
warnings... Rather than continue banging away at this, I'll work from MacPorts
as I see you recommend in another post
(http://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/Software/LibreOffice/HowToBuild#OnMacOSX10.5.8.2BAC8-10.6.4.
As soon as you remove the extra language packs and dictionaries, as well as
the extensions, I'm sure it will go down to the same size as the OOo
installer ;)

Thanks for the report.
can you post the content of your autogen.last (in

Hello,
After compiling the usual way (so without the USE_GMAKE set to 1),
I've got this error with dev-install :

I use Debian. A self-compiled libreoffice refuses to use my GNU Java

of libreoffice actually autodetects it and happily uses it, but I have
not easily identified the Debian patch that is responsible for this.
I try to use gij t

Hi Octavio, Christoph,
Thanks for this Q&A.
I'm always interested in the subject, because I use formatting and
explain the use of "Default formatting" to my classes.
I support the approach from Octavio.

The symptom of the bug was that only the first 20 or so languages in
