By this I imagine you mean the specific menu contexts so that you can
avoid assigning the same accelerator to more than one menu

Hi
Same issue for other languages as portuguese. I found it unsolvable in
many situations: not enough unique letters in long menus or dialogs.
Unless the menus get short (e.g. the Format menu in Calc has 22 entries)
we will get short of unique letter
