What the switch is waiting for is a digit to be dialed. Go off hook and
listen, your transmit is muted for 10 seconds or until you dial a digit.
What would a customer bitch about anyway. They haven't even dialed a
number yet. If you are connecting an external door box (door king) you

Client forgot the password for the system manager. How can I re-set the system
without the password? She enters 999 for manager, then when it asks for the
password she is dead and I don't know how to reset the CMOS.
