We have (unlabeled) VMT buttons on (most) phones, so we coach
everyone on the following (and I forget most times I am in the office
where the system is installed):
press the Transfer button, then 165 (assuming 165 is the
start of the extension group for your VM)
press #6 (to get int

their circuit terminated and tagged (which is a miracle here) and all is
