Thanks Paul. I just plugged in the DISA and the PRI card came up ok after
a few seconds.
I do have the KX-TVS120 voice system but I was told that I needed the DISA
card in order to queue incoming calls. At least one person on this list
confirmed that. If that is not true I have a brand new KX-TD191
You do not need the DISA to use the UCD. You need the DISA you tell the
callers all logged in extensions are busy. I have a couple of UCD groups
that work without a DISA card, they work much better with the card,
especially if you ever expect to have callers waiting for an agent.
