Russ, Have you checked the system timers? The MW Interval timer should be set to 00, this will prevent a phone (SLT) from ringing if someone inadvertently sets Message Waiting on the Extn. You would know if the extn has MW set on it by the dial tone as well (4 short beeps followed by the dial to
