I have a hotel in France with 15 rooms and would want to install a Panasonic telephone exchange. How works the cost of the telephone calls in Hotel with them centers them telephone Panasonic to impulses or time? Which characteristics have the impulses? If there are other telephone companies like it works I debit it of the cost of the telephone calls? Exists a software?
