On the digitals (and I presume the 824 would work the same) when you
forward, the follow-on-id (the thing that determines which mailbox
gets the call) stays set for the original extension.
So all you should have to do is forward 102 na to 103, and have 103
fwd b/na to voicemail. The caller should e
FWD to 103 on NA is OK
FWD on B/NA to VM 103 is OK
THEN
Set up a class of service for 103 to "Forward" new messages to 102
automatically
This way 102 & 103 gets message
