Just to clarify a few things I am not using the Panasonic VOIP card, there
is a provider of VOIP lines that has sold this idea to our customer. I have

Hi All
I am setting up VOIP lines on a KXTDA100 tomorrow; the customer requires
that if a staff member dials an international number it automatically goes

Thank you all very much for the pointers of what I should track down. I

In order for the gateway to see the 1232 as off-hook, it has to think the 1232
is drawing current not 'pumping out' current. It is
the gateway that needs to recognize the on/off hook status, the 1232 should
always (presumably) know if it is on or off hook...

Howdy, guys.
Wondering if anyone has some thoughts on this: I have a VOIP gateway (Telco

course it's not. A 2500 set works fine on the same gateway.
All I can think is that the gateway may not be pumping out enough cu

I have been using Vonage as one of my lines of a KX-TD switch for about a

the time, but the bad 5% can drive you crazy. Working with Vonage, we

I have to propose a machine that will do voip. I am not tda cert.
yet. I was told some time ago that pana voip card is a cisco product in
a pana skin.
Could you not use the gateway hardware and route the rj11 ports to the
trunk ports of a KXTD system. Would that not do the same thing.
