I setup what you suggested but I cannot get the speakers to ring when in the
ICD (say extension number 300 was the floating extension and the ICD was
601.). The speakers will ring when you dial 300 no problem but not in the
group. If I put the floating extension number in as intercept n

No, it's kinda like a buzzer. Fairly pleasant single tone, lower
than the frequency of the ringback tone. It's easy enough to test,
just set it
