I setup what you suggested but I cannot get the speakers to ring when in the ICD (say extension number 300 was the floating extension and the ICD was 601.). The speakers will ring when you dial 300 no problem but not in the group. If I put the floating extension number in as intercept no answer - say after 20 secs it works ok but I need the speakers to ring in the group. I have also tried forwarding a SLT extension to the floating extension and putting the SLT ext into the ring group - no joy.
