All,
I need to establish an external support group telephone number that is used
for a client's software support group. I will create the necessary group,
get all their extensions in the group, etc. My real problem is that what is
really wanted is that they want 1 or more of the support personn
ull VoIP solution for the entire office.
Certainly, a fall-back solution would be an analog phone at the remote end.
I apologize if this has been discussed recently and I missed it. Any
solutions or suggestions are welcome. TIA

I keep reading that TD500 Maint. software doesn't work on Win2K, but I use
it on Win2K pro all the time. Getting ready to upgrade that box to Win2K
server so I can use Windows Terminal server into the box. I also use this
box to connect to TVS200 (via QVTTerm) and another add-on serial port for
S
an inbound call sent to an extension which is forwarded to a
CO? TIA

analog extension. We only have digital sets (and manuals); is there
somewhere (hopefully cheep) that I can get a description of the magic codes
for analog sets/extensions?

card). Of course, we could also just add a basic business line that
has call forwarding enabled and point that line at the cell phone
(downside-one whole line dedicated to this function). Is there a better way
to do this?

oblem? Just one
user at the remote site.
2) Is there a way to take an analog extension out of the TD500, plug it into
a box that gets me to VoIP and talks over the Internet to another similar
box on the other end? Then I can install DSL at both ends and get
connectivity that way.
Thanks

?) I didn't get the programming manual, and I
haven't located a *free* one on the web yet. Got a free User's Guide tho.
Thanks for any info.
