Sounds like nightmare time Don! There are a whole bunch of things that could be causing xtalk, but as a quick, inexpensive, "shotgun" solution, I'd isolate the paging amp from the 1232 with a Bogen WMT-1 transformer They call this a Hiz in, 600ohm out xfmr, but in reality it's pretty close
