The caller ID card was only included with the dash 7 revision. You DO need
to open the box, not just the cover, to install..or even check..the caller
ID card.

Went out yesterday and used SYS-PRG 407 to enable Caller-ID on a
couple of CO lines on a KX-TD816-5 (installed circa 2001). I
thought this box had the Caller-ID module (KX-TD193) included for
the first 4 CO lines (or did the free Caller-ID start with later
models?)
