For accessing an OpenVPN I have to use cipher "AES-128-CBC". With
earlier versions of Ubuntu adding
vpn.cipher: "AES-128-CBC"
to the netplan file via plasma-nm was good enough. Current OpenVPN
throws an error:
nm-openvpn[5639]: DEPRECATED OPTION: --cipher set to 'AES-128-CB
