A repairman course to issue a certificate would be a very welcome addition
and take away some of the barriers to homebuilts.

As will the provision that allows an Experimental owner who didn't build their
plane, take a Repairman's course and be able to do the condition inspection.

camper, even though I don't have a need to fly under Light Sport Rules.
