we did the same. It looks like you have the same spring bar as we have.
Original we want to go for a tail dragger but we installed the springbar on the
aft side of the fwd spar. We have defntly not an issue that the plan drops with

I have a set of tri-gear Diehl mains. Everything from the spar mounts to
the wheels w disc brakes.
