When I drilled up my WAF'S the tips of the forward spars were in different
places. I need to bring the right wing tip forward and the left wing tip aft. I
was thinking about taking the bolts (AN6's) out of the upper and lower attach

If it were my plane, I would make new ones. If I didn't, I would worry about

Structurally you could install a vertical backup bar on each WAF which would
strengthen the joint and pass inspection.
