My question has to do with paint after the application of smooth prime.
I understand that some of the builders are using another type of primer
on top of the smooth prime. Why is that, when the smooth prime is
supposedly compatible with almost any finish paint that is decided on? I

I think if you use SP untill you are satisfied with the finish, you are good
to go. I used 2 coats of SP, wasn't satisfied with the finish, didn't have

I applied Chevy Arctic White directly over the Smooth Prime on the bottom of my
KR-2. I only hope the rest of the airplane comes out as smooth.
