I have Bosch WR 8 DCX+ on the mag
and
Champion G49C on the electronic ignition
These are what Steve specifies in his build-book for the 2180.
There are GP "shielded spark plug adaptors" on the Bosch plugs.

Unless there is a legitimate reason to run other than normal spark plugs, Ross
is right; platinum plugs do not increase the fire but rather just last longer.
BUT, be careful on how you handle the plugs as the platinum tips are easily
damaged, ie knocked off, especially if you are trying t
