Hi Larry.
Perhaps the simple way I have found to reduce image file sizes is to use
the inbuilt picture editor in all Windows products called Paint.
It ain't elegant but it is quick and does the job and saves time installing
any other type of software.
You open Paint under the Accessories menu or
grandchild in the cockpit in
the future to keep the KR in the family.

to me it was in a box with a red X and wouldn't open. Windows Live
Photo Gallery does most everything the oth
Trust me, or look at my web site, or trust Mark Langford. There is nothing
easier to use than IrfanView. Every picture and thumbnail and web page on
that site was created using IrfanView. It is no problem to download it and
it works. You can also do more with it than cutting the size of picture

Thanks Mark L. for the tip but I think I figured it out. I was
trying to past directly to the e-mail in eudora from photo
software. It kept going on as an attachment. I learned through
trial and error that if I copy and paste the photo to a Microsoft
office word doc first and then copy and
