Trust me, or look at my web site, or trust Mark Langford. There is nothing easier to use than IrfanView. Every picture and thumbnail and web page on that site was created using IrfanView. It is no problem to download it and it works. You can also do more with it than cutting the size of pictures. Try it, you will like it.
