What is an acceptable tolerance while working on the alignment of the
fuselage? If I am 1/16 or 1/8 out of square (example. from center line to
outside of longeron on one side is 16" and the center line to other side is
16 1/8") is this acceptable?

I have not seen a lot of replies to this and I'm no expert,but I would think
that a 16th is pretty good and as I've heard many times and you will get
used to saying "close enough for KR work" Good luck and happy building.

I second that motion. That sixteenth could turn into an eighth, or even
"perfect" next week due to humidity in the wood, but if mine had been with
only a 1/16" error, I'd have had to open a bottle of champagne!
