Netters, I am one frustrated individual. The list of people on this site who have helped me before is very long. As some of you know, or at this time most of you know that I have an older KR, built 20 years ago. The plane has not flown or for that matter been assembled in 18 years. Well it is

You mentioned a weak spark. That may very well be the problem. You should see a bright blue spark. RV

The mag clicks a TDC. The #1 plug was removed and there is a spark, weak but a spark. A long shot here Lee, but worth mentioning - make sure that you are the correct TDC. Remember that this is a 4 cycle engine and thus has two TDC's on each pot. Check that both valves are closed on the TDC
