There are so many aviation museums in the US that to cover that it would
take you months of flying around the states just to see them all.

I think the US Air Force Museum in Dayton, Ohio would be close enough to fly
to and
AS you may know I will be at Oshkosh 2010, on the ANZAC 747 landing at
Wittman Field on the 26th July at approx. 1300.
I have some time a week or two if needed and would like some ideas of KR or
aviation things to do or places to visit.
I am just applying for my USA pilot licence, so I can fly
