Of course Larry and I are both flying with 5:00x5 aircraft tires, so our
pressures are irrelevant compared to the rest of the KR world. I usually only
air up my tires during the annual inspection when I have the wheel pants off.
I start at 45 PSI. A year later, the tires are usually around 30

Lucky Larry.
Tires are able to withstand stress much better at rated pressure
What tire pressure is being used for the mains and the nose wheel? My Plane
is 700 lbs. and has the suggested rims and tires.

I use 40 psi on mains and 35 psi on the nose. Tires and tubes are Cheng
Shins and are 22 years old. Empty weight is 760 pound

My KR is 765 empty, I have 500X5 Cleveland wheels, and run Desser
Tire Company recapped tires. I run my mains at 25 psi and they are
usually down to 15psi at annual time
45 on the mains.
40 on the nose.

The #1 problem with tires (any tire) is low air pressure. My father-in-law
had a tire shop. After learning that and driving over 500,000 miles, I've
had 2 flats! Learn how to land and that solves the bouncing problem.

I fill mine up to 50 psi, mainly to keep from pinching tubes on hard
landings. I check them every 2-3 months and top them off again, but
it's not a
