The 3 degrees of washout at the wing tips is a function of how you position the spars at the tips and build the wing, not how the wing is positioned in relation to the fuselage (incidence). If you have already made the outer spars and attached them to the inner spars per the Dims. given in the BP

All of my spars have been finished and closed since 1986 when I had to put this project on hold due to lack of space and time. I wasn't aware that a pre-closing inspection was required for the spars. I just followed the builder's manual and varnished each cavity (not the glued surfaces!) and clo
