Had a nice flight this morning to breakfast in Pagosa Springs, CO roughly 100 nm north from Los Alamos. Flew there along with a 200 hp RV-8, a 180 hp RV-7, a 160 HP RV-6, a Cirrus SR-20 and a Tri-Pacer. By comparison, my O-200 powered KR is a couple of knots faster than the Cirrus SR-20, seems

Well it did not happen. I arrived the airport at 8am with temps of 36° outside with heavy frost and beautiful blue skies. I was excited to be able to get back in the air. I pulled up to the hangar, parked and exited the Durango. The next thing I knew was that I was airborne. But that flight last

Mark, just a not here I took a similar fall and started passing blood in my p. I had done some damage to my left kidney which dident really hurt till a couple days later then it about killed me to cough or anything. It's better to be safe than sorry, I dont know what the added a
