Two days ago, I was fitting my prop to the hub to turn the engine by hand
(I do that from time to time for preservation, when I notoiced something
very strange.
My KR2 has a fiberglass spinner. There used to have a plywood plate at the
front end of the prop, after the crush plate whose function
Well, that would be a telltale sign that the spinner, or something up there,
is not balanced. I don't know what you should do, but, I would get a new
aluminum spinner and backing plate. Make sure it matches the thickness of
your prop and crush plate.

. The easiest fix is to take Larry's advice and secure it with hardware.
I used a different method, but then I do most everything a little differently.
