135 pounds) and would like to find a realistic 2 place airplane. I
really like the look of the KR2 (standard model, not the stretch) and
the fact that it can be build simple and light. I don't have a whole

Does anyone know about using a sonerai landing gear on a kr-2? I read that
troy petteway cut them apart and mounted them to the spar. I would like to
do the same. Do the wheels have to be at a certain distance in front of the
spars? The Grove landing gear angles forward 7" but they are $800.
Ask Steve at Great Plains, he knows about both aircraft as he has a KR.
