I bought a basket case KR2 and just hung the engine, it is a Rev Master 2
I bought a basket case KR2 and just hung the engine, it is a Rev Master 2100 D
and it came with a Rev Flow carb. While digging through the parts I do not see
anything that looks like carb heat parts? Do these carbs not need it? The plane
has 322hrs logged so it has been flown. Anyone know anyth
Might try Rotec. similar to the Ellison.

Hi all - long time reader, first time to post.
I have a buddy who has a Rotec TBI on his aerobatic Swick-T with an O-320
and absolutely loves it. I wonder if anyone has tried to adapt one to a VW
engine? After reading the comany info and hearing my friend rave, I can't
see any bad to them...anyone
Ken Cottle mentioned recently that he's had a bear of a time getting his
RevFlow dialed in. Constant fiddling with the needles, with no success.
The RevFlow seems to be just as tricky as the Posas were/are. Ken has
been looking for an Ellison. Too bad the company stopped making the
EFS-2 . . .
I thought my problems were over with this thing. 2 wks ago I
started the 2100 revmaster and the carb worked fine, today ( and its
warmer too) I started the 2100 and it ran so rich that I had to lean it
to the point of shutting off so it would stay running. What I found was

I have a RevMaster 2100D with the RevFlow injector/ carb. Mine runs
great warm or cold.
All my fuel lines and fittings are 3/8 inch and standard gravity feed
from the header tank. I turn the tank fuel valve off to kill the
engine. Here's what I do to start;
