thanks for trying to support me. That www.ouv.de people ask you to join
their club, which cost almost 1/5 of what I paid for the whole plane. And
later on it turnes out, that the plane must be entirely built in germany,
or a stamp is missing etc etc...

I will try this:
a.) Ship it to the U.S.
b.) Get it certified on U.S. territory
c.) Ship it back to germany
d.) fly it
- or -
a.) Ship it to denmark ( where it was previously registered and flown ) -
just a 4 hour drive

a.) is it possible to get an experimental airplane certified outside U.S.
territory under FAA Regulations? (in this case we are talking about germany
or austria )
The answer is NO.
The FAA Filed office in germany explained to me, that it is their policy
