Henry, Here is what I am doing with ducted cooling. I am using the standard VW cooling shrouds ($23/set at a VW performance shop) with a slight modification to connect to my homebuilt fiberglass ducts. The standard VW cooling shrouds will fit any displacement Beetle engine manufactured from 1
