I own the Sam Bailey KR-1 here in the Los Angeles area. Some of you may have
seen the picture on the GP website.
http://www.greatplainsas.com/vwsbailey.html . It does not have a charging
system and thus no transpornder or altitude encoder. Becuase of this I cannot
operate it
