I think the original owner was Bruce Means. I tried to contact him but got

I don't think this is that project. I don't know exactly who started this
one...it has had at least 4 owners and one of the owners along the way died
so i can't trace it back to the original. To make matters worse there were
2 sets of plans that were combined and part of one set was lost...the
