I just glued the Shear Web to the Longerons/Stringers at H*/I and have a couple of questions. 1. What is the best way to spread T-88 on large/long surfaces? It took me the 1/2 hour working time of a batch to get it on the plywood and 5/8" stringers using a small wood spreader. 2. How much T-8

I think you are currently doing it the best way. On wide surfaces I use the popsicle stick on its side and apply the epoxy like a grader blade spreads bitumen on a road. Your 1/2 hour seems about right. I only like to mix enough epoxy for about 1/2 hours work anyway but I think it remains workab

I used a plastic resturant ketchup bottle. I mixed the T88 with a metel rod with a hook on the end that I flattened out with a hammer. I put the pointed top on the bottle and cut off a bit of the tip at an angle and squeezed the T88 out in a long string along the strips of wood and then used a s
