Why is it a cheap shot? Garmin is making the rules if you want to sell
their products. If Garmin says no discounts, then that is their
prerogativ

A dealership retailer such as A/S certainly can and should explain to
potential customers why they can not sell a product below a certain price.
They also have obligation to notify the manufacture if they suspect a fellow
dealer is ignoring any part of the dealership rules or requirements.
But
Wow, this is scary, I don't know if I will use A/S to purchase the
remaining items that I will need to finish my KR2.
