puts out a magazine that is very nearly on par with the EAA magazine. I
am a member of the LAA due to the aircraft I am building (Streak Shadow) and

The experiment in "EXPERIMENTAL" is allowing amateurs to build
airplanes, not a license to use just any design or material you might
have laying around.
