Phillip, I have a wooden panel and use no vibration isolators. So far I have 27 hours of run time and have experienced no problems. Of course, my Corvair engine runs as smooth as a Singer sewing machine so there is very little engine vibration. Gotta love those six cylinders. Mark Jones (N886MJ) W

Phillip, I used wood on my first KR and had no problems with 185 hours and as far as I know, the new owner never had any problems either. It had no dampers. We are using aluminum on this one with no dampers and I wish I could tell you that we had 40 hours on it with no problems, but we only have
