Thank you Mark L. and Mark J. for clearing that up. It never occurred
to me that someone would risk mounting their cables to the pulleys at
such an sideways angle.

They both sell 2 types: phenolic and polyethylene.
The phenolic AN 210 pulleys called for in the KR plans are nice and
cheap, but if I'm reading the catalogs right, they come with warnings
