I will pass along a tip that really helped me when I was clamping all
those gusset blocks in place with cheap, simple, and easily installed
clamps. Since the whole idea is to hold the gussets in place until the
epoxy cures and because you are horizontal to begin with you

and for those of you gluing your two sides together remember
when you were building models how you used rubber bands to hold the
sides snug while the crossmembers were drying? You can use the same
principal on your boat sides from nose to tail, (also top@ bottom). Just
use old BICYCLE INNER
Great idea Stephen,
As the father of three girls, I cant believe I've been looking at these
stupid things forever and never realized how useful they could be. Now the
girls are grown and moved out, I'll have to go buy my own.
