Hi Bobby;
I've not seen any plans for a KR trailer but there are a couple of pictures
in the gathering photos (I'd have to search for them) of a trailer with a KR
in it that was for sale at one of the gatherings. This is what I intend to
do in the future if I can because there is a local EAA ch
Hi Bobby;
I found a picture of a trailer of a trailer in the 1999 Lake Barkley
gathering photos but it's not the one I was looking for. Maybe someone else
remembers where it is.

I am interested in a trailer with folding front and rear axles and with
collapsible/detachable soft top. That way I can also tuck the trailer in the
garage (with the KR parked separately)

Hi all;
>How many returns do you get with enclosed spelled correctly?
After investigation I have found that inclosed is a valid variation for
enclosed and means the same thing according to Mr. Webster. Oh well, what
ever. Have a great day.

In the pictures of the gatherings I remember seeing pictures of a KR
trailered in . The KR wasn't the slickest I've ever seen but the trailer was
pretty neat. It was pulled by a wagon or pick-up and it was just an axle and
tongue as I remember but it was a real good idea. You will know it when y

Hi Bobby;
Well, I've done a lot of searching and I haven't found the pictures I was
looking for yet, they may not be available anymore. The trailer I saw had
small ramps for the wheels and the wings hung in straps on the side walls.
It was very compact and inclosed or enclosed, what ever, so yo
Yeah, mine is only 87" wide (that's 7'3") and leaves plenty of room so that
it wouldn't be too wide for highway use. I've had it in a Penske rental
truck for transport to the airport before.

Well, lets see, 3" clearance on each side, that's 6" and 1-1/2' on each side
for wall thickness, that's 3" and 6" and 3" are 9". Then add outside hinged
full width doors. 87" plus 9"= 96" divided by 12" = 8 ft. Looks good to me.
Back the plane into the trailer so the wheels will clear the traile

Hi
I tried to search the KR archives but it isn't working right now so I will
try a little later, but does anyone have a good set of plans ( or know of any
), or good pictures, for a trailer for the KR-2 and a good way to hold the
wings? preferably a covered trailer.
thanks
Bobby
