Some Suzuki people may remember the old GS series that used a mechanical
slide Mikuni carb instead of a pull cable and compression spring. They
used a fork arm inside the carb body to lift the slide. Doubt it would
take much to modify it to open in case of a broken throttle cable. Hmmm.

I don't know enough about computers to do anything like that, but there is a
ton of stuff I need and I would much rather purchase parts from someone in
the KR family whom I trust over anybody on the net such as Barnstormers. Not
that I have had too many bad deals, it's just a trust thing.

I sure am glad I am no longer building my KR. I think if I had to sift
through all the junk e-mails that are being posted on todays KR Net

That's what it looks like. Honda used this ignition system on CB750( K&F
models), CB900( all models), CB1100 models in Canada and USA. In Europe
they called it the CB1000 Bold'or, and would assume it was the same. It
