6 - They come straight from.......; What make and model cycle Honda CB series, circa 1980 or so. I am not 100% sure. When I decided to expand the system, I took my parts to a bike junkyard, and asked them to give me the same ones. There were many look-alikes to choose from, because most Japanese 4-cylinder bikes of that time used the same set-up.
Hi KRers The ignition system I think Serge is talking about would be from any Honda CB750, CB900, CB1000 or CB1100 from 1979-1983. I would need to see then to be sure. They are a fairly basic CDI ignition system but quite reliable (at least for the 18 yrs that I've been with Honda). I may think about that one for the Subaru I may build for my KR 1 1/2.
