I am selling the plans for my KR2S.
They are 100% complete, and only about 3 months old.
I'm looking for $200 + actual shipping cost.
I'll take either Paypal or a check (if check, the check's gotta clear first).

I need advice. I was bending my fuselage today and one of the longerons
snapped, really good, all the way through, breaking the plywood skin with it.
Is that it, game over?
Nick Brennan
nickdbren...@comcast.net
Heh, I wish I knew that before...
I have pretty much destroyed all the work I've done for the last two months
trying to fix this problem. I'm frustrated as heck right now.
C'est la vie.

I just listed the wheels, brakes, axles and tires on ebay for sale, if anyone
is interested. Everything is brand new, never installed, in fact, never
touched the floor!
Thanks

I don't. I have the mains (same wheels for the tri and the tail) and a
nose.
These are just the wheels, don't have the legs or anything.

Hey gang,
I'm having some difficulty joining the sides of the fuselage together. I
originally wanted to go a few inches wider, but could barely get the fuse to
bend to begin with, so I'm back to plan width (sucks, but it'll have to do).
Now, when I bend, it bananas (as expected, but in doing s
Do you know how much the whole assembly weighs?

or is it the one that goes to the vertical stab that is the last piece to be
epoxied into place later?
A bit confusing there.

Ok, I've done some serious research, and it appears that the member at
station "O" from the s-supplement does not go into place before the skin,
but does the member at "N"?? It would appear that neither do? Anyone?

This also brings up a question I'm havingI was a bit sloppy with the

once it has dried in place. Should I sand it? If so, what grit is best?

Lets just go hypothetical for second (because I'd never do this, of
course)...
Let's say you epoxied a clamp into place by accident. How would you remove
the clamp from the longeron without damaging either (but if one needs to be
damaged, preferrably the clamp.

No advice? I've stopped building temporarily to make certain that I have
this right before I get way into it and learn that I screwed up.
I'd like to get started again this weekend.

Cool, just let me know, and I'll meet ya at the airport. I am planning on
going to Prescott on Saturday to checkout a KR2 then also, so it'll be cool
to check them both out if you make it!

I had the same problem, but after about 2 weeks, I was finally able to get
ahold of a nice lady from RR. Perserverence is the key, I guess.
I would assume they all have real jobs outside of selling a few sets of
plans a year. That guy's gotta understand that and keep trying.

Not yet. I saw one on the ramp at KHII during the 99s Poker Run on

down and walked over to it.
I'd love to see one first hand soon though!

Hey guys (and presumably gals),
The name's Nick Brennan, and I live in Lake Havasu City, AZ. I am practically
frothing at the mouth to begin building either a KR2 or KR2S (most likely the
latter), but am a bit concerned about how well my 220 pound frame will fit in
the plane. I am 6 ft
