Net,

Wow, I'm surprised at the huge response this got.  I apologize if I offended 
anyone by ranting.  I am happy to see that it is not just me that has 
experienced this delay.  It is unfortunate that Mrs. Rand has chosen not to 
utilize the internet a little bit more, but I understand someone's wish to 
remain away from it, it is often hard to change.

I was really surprised at some of the hateful responses I got from the net. 
There were a lot of good, positive responses, enough to know that there are 
those that understood my frustration, and I appreciate it.  I certainly did 
not mean to cause a controversy that would actually cause at least one 
member to leave the net, as it appears there is a LOT of good information 
spewing forth from the other builders.  I have been subscribed to the net 
for a few months now, and I feel I've learned a lot just from reading 
everything.

So - once again, I'm sorry I bothered venting about an issue that seemed 
bothersome to me at the time.  Perhaps in the future, I'll keep my posts to 
here technically related, and not customer service related.
